The premise here is that what is truly in our hearts will be revealed in our actions. Look up the following stories and read for yourself.
I. Inner Desire = An Outward Display of (Praise)
a. David had an inner desire to worship as "the Ark" was returned to Israel. His outward display was a dance of praise.
II. Inner Desire = An Outward Display of (Prayer)
a. Daniel had a "inner" desire to worship through "outward prayer" even after Darius passed the decree.
III. Inner Desire = An Outward Display of (Power)
a. Elijah had an inner desire to worsip, and the outward display was of God's power (fire from Heaven).

L.O.V.E.
In honor of V'Day, I thought I would share my love for you guys with a post on God's latest sermon. If I had to summarize the Bible in one word it would most definately be "love". Before I get to deep into this, here is last night's sermon. Show Your LOVE (in your...)
I. (L)anguage - Heb 13:1,5a.
We should show our love to God in our conversations, i.e. - our language & actions.
II. (O)fferings - Eph 5:2a.
We should show our love to God in our offerings. Not just money, but our time and energy too.
III. (V)essels - Matt 22:39a.
We should show our love to God by loving ourselves and others around us, i.e. - vessels.
IV. (E)fforts - Matt 22:37a.
We should show our love to God in our efforts, with our heart, soul and mind.
If we never said "I love you" to our spouse or if we never did anything to show them we love them, then how would they know? The same principle applies to God, if we never tell Him or show Him we love Him - then how would He feel?
